Ready... or not?

This morning, Sunday, I made sure all the kids had showers or baths, put Sage down for a nap, then spent some time going over my Sunday School lesson again. The kids had been very quiet, and I'd gotten a lot done. It was time to check on them. This is what I found.

1:00 church has it's good points and its bad points. I have pleanty of time to get everyone ready, but sometimes, I have to do it twice.

  1. This would so freak me out...
    and you seem so calm.

  2. Only because the thought occured to me that the situation would make a funny blog post. That has a very calming affect.

  3. Too funny!

Congratulations on Lexie making the dance team. I'm sure she will have lots of fun!

  4. With Cheerfulness. What is that? Some kind of self-fulfilling prophecy!?

  5. It worked that way in this instance, huh! Actually, it's kind of a mistake. I thought there was a scripture in the Book of Mormon about the people of Alma bearing their burdens "with cheerfulness" when they were in bondage, and there is, but it's not phrased exactly like that. Still, it's a REMINDER to me to deal with the things that come at me WITH CHEERFULNESS.
